It was a cool premise, it was expertly made, and has great performances, but the overall whodunit aspect wasn't that intriguing to me, and the dialogue got super tedious.Quote

Hateful Eight was just overlong. It was a great way to spend a freezing cold early January day, though.

Just off the top of my head, my ranking would be something like:
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Jackie Brown
Inglorious Basterds
Django Unchained
Once Upon a Time In Hollywood
Deathproof
Kill Bill 1
Kill Bill 2
The Hateful Eight
After I watch UOATIH a few more times, it may leapfrog Inglorious and/or Basterds for #4 or #5. I need to let it settle a bit.Quote

Yeah, good rankings keefriff. I would only have KB2 in place of Inglorious Basterds. I could not get into IB for some reason. and Deathproof was IMo pretty good, but I did not like Rodriguez's part.

...The Bruce Lee scene is awful....
It was really funny, but I had mixed emotions about it.Quote

I loved it! The guy that plays Bruce nailed it, to a T. Not sure if you didn't like that Bruce was battered but Quentin explained that this was to show what a bad-ass Pitt's character was.

I just loved, loved this movie! I think this is one of QT's better movies. Except for the ending, I didn't think this was AS violent as some of his earlier films- which I liked. Although Leo did an excellent acting job, my academy award would go to Brad Pitt. I thought he stole the show. And Margot Robbie- man, she is the "IT" girl of this current generation!

Trouble was I went to see Suicide Squad. I had terrible trouble trying to strategically place my popcorn over my trousers. She's very attractive !!
She was brilliant in Wolf of Wall St. She was only 23 and I'd never seen her in anything before. She nailed the Long Island accent and went head to head with Leo perfectly.Quote

I thought Margot was especially scrumptious in Suicide Squad, but we should also give her a nod for her fine acting ability (LOL) in Wolf of Wall Street!

Watched it.
The Pitt and Di Caprio characters were ace! Di Caprio especially.
As I watched I began to think QT shouldn't have connected the film to a notorious event and just made it all about Pitt and Di Caprio characters.
The Bruce Lee scene is awful, total cringe. The ending... meh.

Finally made it to watch the movie. IMO way too long, a bit of tight editing wouldn't have hurt. Or maybe way too short? Anyway, if QT is really to release a significantly extended version I'll certainly check it out.
Both Pitt and Di Caprio were absolutely great, with Pitt possibly having the cooler part. I read that originally Tom Cruise should have gotten Brad Pitt's part. I don't think Tom Cruise would have worked out here.
