No idea, and it's not any of my business, but according to his own very words, he lost tragically his "best friend" a few years ago.

Yeah, he has been world famous and fantastically wealthy for almost his entire life. His brain hadn't even stopped developing when the band hit it big. His perception of the world and his relationships with others must be vastly different from our own. Except for his brother, probably the only people who relate to him on a normal personal level are Charlie, Bill, and Keith.

Mick is an extreme extrovert. An extrovert may have dozens or even hundreds of friends, but not get too deep with any of them. Whoever he is with at that moment might be his best friend.
An introvert, such as Keith or Charlie, has few close friends but has more intimate relationships.

That's what Mick said, but his relationship with L'Wren was said to be over at the time she tragically ended her life.

Even extroverts need a few close friends, people with whom they can drop the mask. Especially someone who is as famous as Mick. I have no doubt he has people in his life that fill that role.

he tells Spot everything when they cuddle.
he shows Spot the new dance moves he's learned.
sometimes Spot leaps up and put's his paws around Mick's leg when he does the shimmy stuff.

(it's where he gets all his messages on iTree,
being a rock star's dog is NOT just steak with your kibble, people! )

He plays hard to get is all, Rock.
I just keep ignoring that he's ignoring me. That seems to work best for both of us. It gives him the room to come to me.
Now, this may take some time, he has a Very busy impregnation schedule alone.
He's gonna fill those stadiums one way or another, I accept that.
When he finally calls though, and he will, (I've had personal correspondence with BV; it's not like I'm out of the circle entirely).
In fact, I got a real clear personal BV communication a couple of times!!
So when Mick finally needs that super hops egerny and calls me, Rocky?
I'm gonna ask him to send you a card.

No, he would not hang out with Keith and go to a ball game. But, in some scenarios, maybe legal ones, I could see him draw on Keith. Very few people in the world who have been with him through it all, and know what makes him tick.

Don't know about closest, but one hint about Mick's friends would be whom he chose as godparents to his children. I know of only Shirley Watts and Alan Dunn.

Mick's girl issues and band mate issues have always been news.

There is no news in who is his closest friend - from whatever I've seen, anyway. It's easy to surmise that his closest friends aren't in the hunt for the bullshit that happens when the press finds things out ie feeding them whatever.

His closest friends? His children.
