Considering that "friendship/friend" is a indefinite, indeteminate concept....this question is almost impossible to answer...I guess he has a little bunch of friends, as everybody has. Although He´s lived so strange life (Compared to ours, regular human beings..) that "friend" in Mick´s World may mean somethig not understandable for us.

No idea, and it's not any of my business, but according to his own very words, he lost tragically his "best friend" a few years ago.- Doxa

Mick is an extreme extrovert. An extrovert may have dozens or even hundreds of friends, but not get too deep with any of them. Whoever he is with at that moment might be his best friend.
An introvert, such as Keith or Charlie, has few close friends but has more intimate relationships.

I certainly don't know who Jagger likes to hang out with. But with all he has done, and seen, and experienced - I bet money that at the end it comes down to his kids, his brother, and Keith and Charlie.
No, he would not hang out with Keith and go to a ball game. But, in some scenarios, maybe legal ones, I could see him draw on Keith. Very few people in the world who have been with him through it all, and know what makes him tick.

Neither Melanie nor Noor. Speaking of Melanies, I read recently that a song by the original Melanie, "Look What They've Done To My Song, Ma" was not about a record company mangling a song, like I always thought. It was about the town of Song My destroyed in the My Lai massacre.
