keith is bad (or someone else is playing instead), sound is like a bullshit..you can't compare with undercover,somegirls..or black and blue..

I guess my thought is it's all about expectations. ABB is far greater then most fans expected. Since they are 58, 61, 62 and 64 years old they are never going to play like they did in their 20's and 30's. How can anyone really compare new with old? You say Keith is bad, I said Keith is great.

It's a wonder you recognized it, ROUL, with your head full of hate, frustration, and perhaps snow?! F*** off.

You act as if they made another "Goat's Head Soup" or "Tatto You." Please be realistic, it's not about age. If the age is the point, I'm not expecting a new "Sympathy for Devil" from them. Their age is quite enough to make slow but good songs like "Down in a Hole", "Winter" and so on.

I'm quite inclined to think that it started with "As Tears Go By" and ended with "Like a Keef in the Night." Sad for me and all of us.

We can decide for ourselves, and you are not all of us.
If you really think like that, it would be better to visit you're psychiatrist more often. You're really boring.

His language is a bit obtuse but it is interesting to decode and sense can be made of it.

He has made at least two good points. 1. That Keith's guitar creativity is seriously absent. (I agree).

Secondly that it is not just a question of age......they could write songs, (as they did in their youth), which do not depend on youth for their force and effect.

Oh, and his Titanic reference was not without wit.

Perhaps ABB is the current iceberg in his life.

It's sad to see such anger/frustration like Roul's over a music CD. If I went to every board to vent my hatred about every bad CD I've listened too it would be sad and pointless (and time consuming). Roul does not have like ABB at all, it's fine, it's ok.
His post had 2 possible motives, anger the Stone's fans that like ABB or find others to back up his negitive thoughts on it. It's been done on this board so much already it's hard to keep seeing it appear.

There's good, there's bad, it's ONLY Rock and Roll! Kiss your wife(husband), your kids, your girlfriend, boyfriend, whom ever you choose...life is good.

Thats true not boring, but so negative and weird,does he really means what he says or is it more jokingly? abouth keith The only thing on at least four fliks was that the guitars were to low in the mix, but the playing and feeling (even ronnie, oh I like him on no expectations dvd, look at his passion)is very good.Now with the recent tour the gitars are up in the mix again , and they made a great album(overall critics are verry good, and I love it man), so íts actually a big miracle what the stones are doing. dont get me wrong I like a discussion and some critism but it has to be in proportion I think.

The "Cat" is a great song... and Keith play perfect.... the only one thing than I miss in the album is got a good rocker song from Keith (how many time ago he don´t play any new good rock song??).... Great album, fantastic album!! Maybe you don´t notice it now, but you will do in yers... be sure....
