Mick likes to camp it up doesn't he, it's not discussed much here but Mick is bisexual, i think seeing what happened to people like Freddie Mercury shocked Mick, he's dropped all that androgynous look with the clothes and make up etc.

I think Mick was very smart about it all. there was a time when androgynous sold, and was the look and way to display yourself. He used it. I think the whole camp=speak, Studio 54-ness, Bowie, Nureyev was hype. IMO in the bedroom, when it actually came to f*cking, Jagger is a straight as they come.
Lou Reed always said it best; and it is one of my alltime favorite quotes by anyone. He was talking about how guys went around playing at being gay for whatever reasons, because it made them controversial, cool, outcast, artsy...
