Probably Rotterdam De Kuip 4 june 1982, but since I was a 15 year old, frustrated at staring at these tiny dots in the distance from the back of the stadium, I'd have to say Vredenburg (which was a joint product: 50% Stones, 50% crowd).

I've seen them 14 times and every time was great, although the band was better some nights than others. The best shows for me are:
1. 8-31-89 Opening Night of Steel Wheels in Philly. Welcome back! Worried for years they may never play again during their 80's spat. Great set list, great weather, awesome Philly crowd and 28 songs, the most I have seen them play. Row 30 seats!
2. 10-1-05 Hershey: Great weather, great crowd, great set list and a show in my back yard. Performance was outstanding as well, not a lot of horns, guitars and vocals definitely up front. Row 13 seats!
3. 1-10-03 Pittsburgh: Watched this show from the second row, Ronnie's side and caught Lisa's set list!
Worst:
1. 8-1-94 Opening Night of Voodoo Lounge in D.C.: RFK, bad venue, setlist was good but seats sucked and the band was rusty after a four year layoff and no more Bill Wyman.
2. 9-26-81 Second show of tour in Philly: Seats were way in the back, concrete stadium with a lot of sound bouncing of the stands and the band was definitely not sharp. These were still the days where you might see a bum show every now and then. Thankfully, that is not true anymore!
3. 3-08-99 Second night in D.C. MCI Center: Seats were sold without advertising where the stage was going to be and I ended up behind the stage, the main reason I didn't purchase on stage tickets for Hershey, although I understand it is completely different from this angle now.
Above all, anytime you see the Stones it is memorable, worth the money, and the best damn rock and roll you'll find on the planet!

Same for me, coming next Olympia 1995 and Stuttgart 1999.

jj ...which show ? ...i saw them twice in D.C. and then in K.C. that 2000 lt year s blew me away!!!! also sympathy!! gimme shelter...ruby tuesday!!
Three night at the Rosemont Horizon, Chicago, November, '81. Same set list every night but they gave it 110% every night as well, so it didn't matter. And I've NEVER seen a more hyped-up audience in my life, to this day.
I was in awe at that show owing to the song selection.
2000 Light Years followed by SFTD, with Mick way up at the top of that tower in a red and black smoking jacket!
Remember also, that they played Paint It Black, and it was a total non-event with the crowd. People barely applauded. Today they would go nuts. My theory: on that tour Mick sang it in a lower key, and it detracted from the intensity. Today when they do this tune (e.g. MCI Center in '99 and everywhere else), people go insane for it, but it's a better arrangement now.

I'll second that. That was my favourite one too
Shepherds Bush and Astoria theatre shows would be next best, but the best stadium show I was at was the one in which I sat farther away than I was at any of the 34 shows I've been at - Anaheim on 2nd November 2002. I was so far up at the back of the 500's that I almost needed oxygen but it was still breathtaking
Denver 2003. I hadn't seen them for a long time and to this day I'm still @#$%&' amazed at the power and energy. It was a terrific show and crowd made it spectacular.
1. Paris, Olympia 2003 ( I could share my feelings with 2 STONES friends) 2. München, Zirkus Krone ( with my brother) 3. Stuttgart, Canstatter Wasn 1999( best stadium show I have ever seen

Yeah, the Chicago audiences are just murder when it comes to Stones gigs... they really get into it.
My single-favorite Stones show is also the only reason that it's good to be 50... they were never better in totality than during the 71/72 tours for Sticky Fingers and Exile. Saw 'em twice then, the Kansas City show was out of the ballpark.
Close 2nd's would be the two Forty Licks shows at Chicago United Center.
