There have been a number of posts over the weeks about the Stones and the new Wembley Stadium next year, spotted this article today on the BBC news website: seems like it's gonna be Bon Jovi to be the first band to play there .........

O well, it would have been nice perhaps to think that the boys could've opened it up, but evidently they have other plans ?

Who really cares, the're looking to play there twice so it doesn't matter.

Bon Jovi have become the first band to "announce" they will perform at the new Wembley Stadium ........

So the first to announce....

Cool down fellas, will ya. There is no cause for alarm. Bon Jovi will do a show with their usual kick-ass attitude and later in the summer of '06 our boys will do a bunch of warhorses at the same venue. Then you're gonna be whining about that they didn't play Citadel, We love You, Singer, Not The Song or whatever, no matter if Stones will be the first band at Wembley or not. I don't give a shit in which order they play as long as these two class acts will perform. You guys give love such a bad name.

Ok, let's not give a shit about anything. Let the Stones play 40 times in Oberhausen. As long as they play. Right?

Just for the record, I personally do not care. I just posted the info because judging by what's been said on this board before - SOME folk obviously DO care !
