Wow, I did not know he could play like that. I thought he was mostly a lounge singer.

Feliciano's a superb guitar player. Many moons ago I saw him in concert a few times. Great shows and playing. One of my faves by him is his take on The Beatles "And I Love Her" which I've linked below. Beautifully played. He also does a great version of "California Dreaming" which I've also linked.

He's an amazing singer and guitar player.

My first intro to him was his cover of Light My Fire when it was released in '68 - I vividly remember seeing him perform it on some tv show.
He then won a Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for it, along with Grammy for best new artist the same year.

"It's really a great feeling to have written a classic. I think I owe a big debt to Jose Feliciano because he is actually the one,
when he did it, everybody started doing it. He did a whole different arrangement on it." - Robby Krieger, 1990

And it's a bit early for Christmas, but this tune gets played quite often during the holidays.
