If the new release is really 'uncut' then it should contain all 27 songs ....

Most important to me will be the sound of this new release.
Must be better than all we heard so far.

If the sound will really be good, we'll get an interesting VL release.

If I remember correctly, this is the longest show ever played by the stones, am I right?

close, but some 1975 shows were 160 min long.
The officially released LA75 was 158min long.

I have a feeling the sound quality won't be much of an issue. Some may recall that the performance of "I Go Wild" from that show was used as a b-side (I can't remember which single) back in the 90's and the recording sounded much different than the hollow, kind of muffled sound of the official broadcast and the bootlegs. It had a fatter, more solid sound, which is what I imagine we'll be getting.

Also, while it's probably a coincidence, it's kind of cool that it's coming out just a few days shy of the 24th anniversary of the concert,

yes, that single was completely different and great sound

The live "I Go Wild" is on the "I Go Wild" single from the VOODOO LOUNGE album, appropriately enough.

The Scott Litt Remix on that same single blows away the album version. Lots of extra guitar.

Years later, I thought of it as their 1990s Crazy Mama. And yes, you are right! It is better than the LP version - it sounds unedited, and the mix is better.

Agreed - Everything was correct about 1994- the album, tour, setlist, Miami special- Perfection. Caught them in Raleigh. However, I remember they radio broadcasted the New Orleans concert live on a Friday Night. It was great!!

They really need a Sirius station.

When you go back to those better 94/95 boots you see how good the playin still was.

Sometimes it takes time for the music to turn vintage. I remember in 1978 the audience wasn't interested in the new music live. Now, those KBFH shows are great! I also remember 1989 & 1990 thinking the Stones were too polished but now it's actually very good as we hear in Flashpoint and others. Same with 94/95. I love "I Go Wild" from Stockholm.

I was at two of these shows in NJ and agree that Out of Tears was better live.

Also remember hearing the opening chords for Rocks Off - one of many high points, and Sympathy as I was a few rows in front of JFK Jr. and looked back as the verse regarding his father was sang.

Wish this was not a vault release. My local library has all the Stones releases except the Vaults. Something like this I would probably only watch once.
