Depends on what kind of seat you want. You can always get a ticket, but maybe not the one you really want.
Im looking more at general standing

Virtually nil!
Presales can be good for the lucky few and otherwise mostly rubbish. Often they try and panic people into buying the worst tickets first. So don't bite if you don't get offered what you are really after because you'll get it eventually later on.

Also, there's always the possibility that the pre-sale will work only for those who have a specific credt card, like it was on previous pre-sales for Stones concerts. In 2012 there was a pre-sale for those who were registered on the Stones Archive website, but the payment was only via American Express.

Any time they've done that haven't they called it an AMEX Presale? I've never seen them surprise presale customers with a specific card requirement.

Does anyone know if any alternative agents to Ticket Master will be used tomorrow?
I'd like to get prepared if there are...Ticket Master is usually a bit of a nightmare to use on release day.

Repeating, does anyone have a link for the package prices, just to look at?
(Irix, yes, those ticket prices are on the TM website.)

For the O2 concerts in 2012 there were 2 pre-sales: one for the Amex cardholders and a second one for those who were registered on Stones Archive. I don't have an Amex card and I've tried to buy a ticket on the second pre-sale, but the payment was only via Amex. In the end, I could buy tickets many days after the tickets were "sold out" on the website.

Gold Circle Slane Castle 2007; nowadays the gold circle is the 'second best'? - haven't seen the Stones since those amazing gigs in 2006 (two London, one Glasgow) and 2007 (Slane and 02 final show).
The Pit - haven't been to multi-front of stage set up's in stadia, so I take it the pit is the Gold Circle deluxe, right infront of the stage? Is the pit normally comfortable or oversold? Gold Circle would still be quite near the front but I'd be tempted, not seen them in 11 years, and this may be it, to go pit! Advice required

At least for London, these are the VIP packages, although there's no info about the prices yet. [www.axs.com]

I lucked out on a pit with a FB presale with a link posted here, not sure if it was a third one or the Stones Archive one you mention ?

Me too! No idea what presale it was but I know I was damn lucky to score those tickets for the first ever pit for the first night at O2. I was literally trembling with nerves when keying in my details to make the purchase. Spoiled me for life...

Many theories were presented but never the significance of NO FILTER
Maybe in the end that is the point...
it only means andrefers to ROLLING STONES NO FILTER TOUR.
It's a reference to sharing photos on Instagram without applying a filter
i.e. they were appearing in their raw and unedited state.
Interesting... I guess I missed them saying that officially.
They never said anything about Instagram nor does it have anything to do with Instagram. it does simply mean unfiltered, raw and unedited yes, but the phrase and concept did not begin with Instagram, rather it is used with respect to photography generally and has been for many decades, something that did exist before Instagram.
The four screens behind the band look alot like cellphone screens

I just looked at that picture of the Croke Park locals and thought, how sad - they are all acting like old fogeys when the band that's asking to play may be made up largely of their "elders"! LOL Where's their spirit, sense of adventure, sense of rock n roll!? They've lost it along the line somewhere.

Have hotel on hold in Prague as soon as that was listed - but so far, not finding any air from Boston under $1,000 - more like $1,400. That's not happening.
