IORR (technical board feature question)

Apologies if this isn't the right place to post this:

Is there any way to configure my account so that when I go on the forum, the "Last Post" column features only the times of the Last Post? (as is the case in other forums I hang out at) I find that "five hours ago", "ten hours ago", etc. is hella confusing as I don't remember what time I last refreshed or visited the page.

Ideally, I would much prefer an actual time so that I can compare with my clock and know instantly which threads have been updated since my last visit. Have already browsed "My Control Center" settings, but haven't found how to make this minor adjustment...it's driving me nuts!

Sorry for being such a geek!

The users of this forum virtually cover the whole globe, i.e. 24 time zones.

What time zone would suit you? And what about the other users in other time zones than yours? Mmmh?

At least in My Control Center, in Forum Settings you can individually choose your personal time zone.

Cheers

You could use “Mark all messages read” function when you finish a session. That way, when you come back, the threads with new posts will be indicated clearly.

Or simply click «refresh» everytime you go back to the IORR window..

I've indeed found that time zone option (and set mine to GMT+1).

Refreshing the pages, however, still doesn't help me distinguish between threads I might have read last time I looked, as I don't usually remember how many hours ago I checked. Hence my desire to replace the "X hours ago" with a set time! smiling smiley

... as I don't usually remember ...

Mmmh!

I'm afraid that in this case not even the moderator can help.
