Thanks everyone, since I posted this several people have reached out to me who have also been completely ripped off. Nobody has seemed to have their issue resolved, got their money back or gotten what they ordered. Really unbelieveable.
Some friends of mine have told me the same. I remember there was a Christmas sale or something, so a lot of items were being offered with a huge discount. I bought the vinyl edition of A Bigger Bang, but what I've received was a Scissor Sisters 7" picture disc.
Ouch!

So I got an email today offering to send me the albums or to give me a refund. I won't count my chickens till I actually have the money back, but it's looking a little more promising. So don't give up, everybody else who has issues with them.

Further update: They sent me the refund. But today, the albums arrived. So now they’re erring in the other direction. 
(And yes, I have offered to pay for the albums. Again.)
