Nice to see the banners/billboards popping up again.

Gotta be a bit confusing to those not in the know though.. cool smiley

Wow! That's Edinburgh. My University Town and I still make the 400 mile trip there a few times a year to watch my beloved Heart of Midlothian FC play smiling smiley Murrayfield is an excellent venue and this would appear to confirm it's on. That looks familiar - it might be Leith Walk. Definitely an Edinburgh bus though.

the more I look at this picture the more I get the feeling that something is wrong with it. first of all: Everything on the picture has a shadow - execpt for the billboard and the lamp post in front of it.
The angle of the billboard seems to be somehow wrong, too. The silver part at the base and the silver part at the top of the billboard are in different angles

I might be wrong but – has anybody been able to identiy that corner?

Here :[www.google.fr]

Yes that's it - On Leith Walk Edinburgh on the section called Croall Place. I am from Edinburgh and will be passing today so I know where I will be 'Stopping' for lunch - and sorry grzegorz67 this is close to my beloved Hibernian F.C.

No stopping here this minute

And there it is...without a tongue or anything else, it's really vague.
Maybe it will gradually change and make more sense as the announcement gets closer.

NO STOPPING!

Yes I know it is grinning smiley Oddly enough I’ve been there a good few times! And even as a Jambo I admit to quite liking your stadium. Anyway, let’s just hope this show happens. I was there in ‘99 and think Murrayfield is an excellent concert venue. I doubt Tynecastle will ever be allowed to host a concert though I seem to remember Easter Road hosting Elton John in around 2005.

Funny: the store front behind the billboard says: "Mortgage Advice" -- if it's a hint about Ticket prices ? grinning smiley

Interesting -- now we have only to count the cities with the "No Stopping"-Ad and then we know where they will play ....

Just saying guys, go grab a hotel room in Berlin for either the weekend after Twickenham #1 or the weekend after Marseille. Prices are still decent.

IMO there are two possible scenarios for the Berlin date:

1) no license for Twickenham #2 - Berlin is on June 22 or June 23, before Marseille

2) two shows in Twickenham after all - Marseille show on June 26 and Berlin show on June 29 or June 30.

Just guessing, of course.

As I mentioned before: July 4 seems to be the more likely guess for Berlin

hotels on 4 july (midweek) are more expensive than the weekend. So i think 4 july should be the right date.

Ahhh can't make it then. Guns and Roses concert that day.

there are also serveral fairs in Berlin that week. This might explain why widweek hotels rates are high than weekend rates

Or there're more Business people in town under the week than Tourists on the weekend ....

Berlin:
Olympiastadion: 8th July - Helene Fischer
Waldbühne: 5th July - Pearl Jam (Waldbühne Shows)

I think no Stones show at or around 4th July. June is possible.

The rumoured July 4th should be possible too. 3 days to build her stage should be enough.

it's difficould. She is huge in germany and will have her own stage. Stones need to tear theirs down before they can build theirs. I think 4 july is not possible.

Yeah it seems clear Edinburgh falls on Saturday, May 26th. In which case...any bets on where the weekend show after Dublin will be?

London Olympic Stadium or Cardiff?

Long time lurker...first time poster. Thanks to bv for sorting out my access issues

Spotted a No Stopping poster on my walk to work in Dublin this morning. (Posted a photo on the RS app - haven’t figured out how to post here yet)

Walked in to a shop a few minutes later an HTW was playing on the radio....has to be a sign!

Now. Who promised a beer to the first one to post a tour poster in Dublin?smileys with beer

Mark
