"Don't Look Back?!" As in the Temptations song that was covered by Peter Tosh in a duet with Mick Jagger in '78? And performed by the Stones in '02? It's on some Tosh compliations.
Also: I don't think they ever did "Johnny B. Goode," but the sequel, "Bye Bye Johnny" was recorded early on (it's on "More Hot Rocks") and played a lot in '72.
How about:
Dylan: "Down In The Flood," "It Takes A Lot to Laugh, It Takes A Train to Cry" (already attempted, '93)
Marley: "Time Will Tell"
Jimme Rodgers: "Blue Yodel (T for Texas)"
Joe Tex: "Skinny Legs and All"
Little Walter: "Mellow Down Easy," "Just A Feeling"
Big Bill Broonzy: "Key To The Highway" (already done by Keith/Johnnie Johnson--plus "Stu's outro" on "Dirty Work," but still...)
John Lee Hooker: "Shake For Me"
Elmore James: "Shake Your Moneymaker"
Jimmy Reed: "You Don't Have To Go" (already attempted, Paris 1978)
Muddy Waters: "Just To Be With You"
