Please note, that the RS' Logo is a Registered Trademark - for commercial projects you should ask the Rights-holder before.

RS Rights-management: Musidor B.V. (et al., see: [iorr.org] ) as well as: [www.Novagraaf.com] .

In August 2013, german fashion retailer 'New Yorker' got a lawsuit from RS' Rights-management for using the iconic logo of a tongue on their sale posters: [iorr.org] .

This Logo, designed by 'New Yorker' themself, demanded a $315,000 settlement and a $25,500 fine:
