Perhaps the song that appeals to me the most on the Blue & Lonesome album.
That's just a matter of taste of course. But man, do I love this track.
If Matt is not playing the piano, is it Chuck then? Sounds like him.

Ok, now we’re talking. Unlike some of the other stuff on BaL, here the Stones take something great and use it to forge something even better: a work of art that completely transcends and outshines the original.
This is a stunning blues tour-de-force, a hypnotic guitar drone that just sends me into the stratosphere. Jagger’s vocals are utterly mesmerizing, as he howls and moans and exorcises his demons as if his very life was at stake. Although he sparkles on every track of BaL, it is here that we witness Mick’s genius in all its glory … truly, the greatest showman ever.
And that languid beat is just sooooo fine, giving the song and all the instruments a chance to breathe and blossom. The tinkle of the honky tonk piano is perfect. And that harp, distilling the dark essence and the majesty and the danger of the blues … it reminds me of Jagger’s equally magnificent harp on “Still A Fool”. And then those gorgeous guitar licks towards the end … ohhhhhh baby, it just doesn’t get any sweeter than this!
In short, a sonic masterpiece from the Rolling Stones, 54 years after they started up. Goddamn do I love this band …

P.S. I wonder if the Stones intentionally added the word “of” to the title of Magic Sam’s original (and if so, why?), or was it just a minor oversight?

It's great, and Leavell's playing makes me wonder if he was consciously thinking of Ian Stewart.
Erratum: The lyrics above are not to Magic Sam's "All of Your Love," but to Buddy Guy's "All Your Love." (The Stones sound to angsty for the lyrics above!)

Nicos honey, please post the right lyrics, okay? Thank you darlin.
This track has really been growing on me strong. It's so ... horizontal
All your love, baby can it be mine
All your love, baby can it be mine
I'd hate to be the one
The one you left behind
All your love, baby don't throw it around
All your love, baby don't throw it around
Love is one thing baby
You won't find on the ground
All your love, I've got to have one day
All your love, I've got to have one day
Don't you leave me baby
Please come back this way

I've used these words about 'All of Your Love'
Striptease.
Hard liquor and cigarettes.
My carnal Jagger at his best (just added that one)
All the things that make a straight-laced school mama say
hmmmmm
And the line that sticking in Mick's mouth, he's chewing it, nails
'I got to have it one day'
then he brings it back up-
whew
Rolling Stones at their best to me
Keith's timing from God that guitar going round round round
'10'

The album is full of fantastic covers so it's hard to rank them all, but I would have to agree All of Your Love is near the top ... and more evidence to those believing that Stones don't add anything to the originals, they simply don't want to hear it.
