Depends on how you define it. Keith didn't sing lead on Black and Blue, but he sang harmony on MM.
On IORR there were no lead vocals from Keith, nor harmony.

Everything in the album is right, a real gift, but, for me, Hoo Doo Man is special ... oh my god, hearing that song, you can't believe Keith's words saying that he's like a black man! The way Mick says "the hoo doo man", with that double guitar in the back, and then the harp, wow, that sounds like a real bunch of badass black musicians in some lost and deep place in America ... Sorry If I can't explain me better, I'm not an english speaker, but I love this album!

Keith not only sings harmony on MM, he takes over the lead vocals with -
"She got a mind of her own
And she use it well
Well she's one of a kind
She's got a mind
She got a mind of her own
And she use it mighty fine..."

Well, Keith contributed some singing alone during "Something Happened to Me Yesterday" as well.

Yep, but the question «what was the last album that feature all vocals performed by Mick». If Keith's co-lead vocals on Memory Motel doesn't count, that would be IORR.

True, he's credited on «lead vocal harmony»
