Citadel rocks! The shreeking reverb is short but very sweet.
Hey Negrita. I don't even know who's playing that riff but it is hot.
Happy. Classic Richards off-beat stroke with sweet Fender tone.

There is no greatest intro! There is no greatest riff... Keith wrote more great intro's and riffs than anyone else ever alive. Comparing JJF, BS, RO, TD, Bitch, CYHMK, GS, HOF, etc... is useless.
It would be kind of nice to know if there are any other songs (aside from the stones) that could beat the above mentioned ones.

Billy Don't Be a Hero comes to mind. That opening flute riff just blows my mind.

Can't You Hear Me Knockin'! Are you kidding me!? This intro is the most kick ass beginning to any song ever done by anyone! Knocks me out everytime..play it LOUD!!!
