How well with the new Stones album do once it's released? Do you think it will be well received? I have only listened to a few of the tracks from the record and I was blown away. I think that this will be one of their greatest sounding albums of all time.

In the US, I bet it will go Top 5 the first week and then quickly slip to somewhere around #30 the next week, and probably disappear from the Top 40 within a month.

In Portugal Stones Albums always go to # 1 except Live Licks and No Security.

ABB will be # 1 for sure!

Think it will be quite a hit, the reviews are good and it's their first for 8 years...

Expect ABB to hit No1 in America but that will depend upon the marketing of the album by Virgin.
The Stones playing live in the USA will provide a big platform for sales of the new album but Virgin hold the
key with how they have promoted the album

Do not expect ABB to be No1 in the UK because as yet there has been no promotion work going on in the newspapers music sections about it.

Flavor of the week Kanye West will be hard to top in the US! Top 5 for sure, but #1 will be difficult.

I just don't care, for me it's one of the greatest ever.
So I'm not interested what all the bullshit listeners out there think of it.

I think it might be #1 in the US. Recent weeks a number one album only has to sell like 190000 copies. Anyone know what Bridges sold in the first week of release in the US?

It will eventually reach platinum.

#2 in the UK.

pretty much every Stones studio album has gone top 3 or top 5 in the UK, so I think your estimate is a tad conservative - like wise with the US

It should top the charts in the US...with a new tour, theres no excuse for it NOT to

A #1 in the UK is a good possibility...#3 at the very worst. Theres been a lot of hype about it here and how good it is, which should help

As they have very good live reviews, I did not really see any bad critics a lot it seems that it will hit the top ten in quite a lot of countries
