I think its pretty mediocre. First time listening is alright but the 2nd/3rd/4th listen it just doesnt get any better. Kindof like Hold Onto Your Hat from SW.

I think it's in the top 5 on the album....and don't hear any similarities with the dreadful "hat" from SW...excepting "cat" rhymes with "hat."

I just know that I listened to "hat" a couple of times and that was it. Didnt blow me away. "Cat" has some great riffs but something about it just doesnt click. I wouldnt play it for friends, whereas RJ, ONNYA, LIND, LMDS, RFD, etc... are fantastic tunes that continue to get better with each listen. Maybe its the pacing. I'm a sucker for straightforward rockers. Cat is a bit more slinky.

...awful. Sorry, just don't dig the Stones being 'funky white boys'. Too clunky, trys to be too 'heavy'...whiny singing...nup.

Look What The Cat Dragged In is IMO the best song on the album!
The song is blowing out the speakers... great guitarplaying by Keith and Ronnie and superb solos of Ronnie! Also Mick is great. And what to speak of the driving rhythm/beat (Charlie) and percussion! The band goes loose!! It sounds a bit like the Undercover songs... same type of sound and I like it!!

I like this song a lot! it's a fun song!!! I hope they'll play this live sooner or later, so the venue will turn out into an enormous rock - funk dancefloor!
Actually, the whole record is very danceble, and I really dig it for that!.
