Mono versions were issued. They may well have been fold-downs (apart from SFTD) but they were still available to buy. You never could buy a mono Ya Yas.

BTW, Paint It, Black sounds like something in-between. A «narrow» stereo mix?
Not sure what you're implying, but what you have in your collection is fold-downs of Beggars Banquet and Let It Bleed. That's very cool, but still not the same as dedicated mono mixes (like Aftermath or other earlier albums). They simply didn't make them.

There's some editions that are fold-downs.
Just as an example, Yesterday's Papers is 15 seconds longer in the mono version:

I've bought LP's Rolling Stones from the data's they came out.
NR 1 & 2 only in mono, the rest till Let it Bleed , both mono & stereo.
NR 1, 18 different issues, only 3 with short "Tell Me".
All still in my collection.
