ABKCO owns the licensing rights to Satisfaction.

He's really pushing it seeing that these are basically convention halls etc and it all falls under the customer license aspect. It's a bit confusing but I would gather from that that that means the Stones, regardless of ABKCO Music, by announcing that he is not approved to use the song, could, I'm guessing here, rightfully sue him for damages - along with the other Stones songs he's playing.

In other words, Trump has not been granted permission to use Stones songs for attended gatherings and therefor their public announcement makes it clear that he should cease and disist.

They can't license any compositions for commercials/advertising without the agreement of the actual songwriters, Jagger/Richards in this case.

It's not a song about winning. Maybe letting him use it is a message.

You have a lot to learn about politics. I wouldn't support any of them, but to believe that having Drumpf in the office will make the world a safer and better place is nothing but preposterous.

PS: Not voting against something, when you know you can't win anyway, is NOT the same as supporting something..
