I'm on this board as Vibrolux (a great Fender amp), but my real name is Mark, and I'm 62. Two days before the Havana show, my 26 year old son Eric died in a rock climbing accident. It's been devastating, but my family and I are doing what we can, one step at a time.

I missed being with all of you for the Havana show. But I liked knowing that you were all out there together in our crazy little community, when I couldn't be. (I guess, I didn't miss the excitement of finding the hot live Periscope.)

The chorus to Shine a Light has been helping me. You all know it...

May the good Lord shine a light on you,
Make every song (you sing) your favorite tune.
May the good Lord shine a light on you,
Warm like the evening sun.

It wasn't my intention to darken your day, but just writing this to all of you has brightened mine a little.

And once again Bjornulf, thank you for this wonderful place. I love the Rolling Stones.

OK, time for the rest of you to go back to posting about Exhibitionism and the next tour.

there are no words of solace that can ease, but I am thinking of you

So sorry to hear such sad news, Mark. it would be nice if we IORRians got together every now and then over a few drinks with Stones music playing and forgot our troubles for a while. I realise this is still too soon for you to seriously consider but we are loyal to the band and hopefully to each other through the bad times.

I wonder which country you live in.
