They're probably members of the nerdy 'Geek Squad' at Best Buy.
For those who don't know about the 'Geek Squad', they're a team of technical 'experts' that help you troubleshoot when things run amok w/computers, etc.
I've learned though, that not all Geeks are as geeky as they claim, and I've ended up fixing things on my own through trial and error.
But...I don't know how to invent emojis'!

Hairball - I've got the yearly plan with the geek squad guys. They're good at what they do, but I don't think most of them would know what a turntable looks like, let alone the stones tongue logo.

My wife and I have same plan - up to 3 computers covered.
We do have trust in one geeky old dude who must know what a turntable is, but doubtful he's ever heard of the Stones.
He was probably too busy dissecting machines when growing up while listening to 'special effects' compilations on a hi fi he built himself.
