If it weren't an anagram, I'd say it was this:

All of my friends at school grew up and settled down
And they mortgaged up their lives
One things not said too much, but I think it's true
They just get married cause there's nothing else to do

schillid, would you mind explaining yours in full? I can see the two 75W lights on behind, and I'll take everyone's word for those being the co-ordinates of Penn Station, but how does the first bit work?

erm, nope.

white text hints:

1. No buts (about it), there's only one song that makes sense for this two line anagram.
2. Stones original by Rich Ragged Jars
3. Between 1965-69
4. No dogs or horses
4. Has a Joky Nordic beat

Well, I suppose the impossibility of recognising the D train from this side of the pond is fair reprisals for Olly's British-language clues. Thanks.

I bet your mama don't know you can bite like that
I bet she never saw you scratch my back

On second thought s this doesn't work, although the song looks plausible.

The numerical cluemiester continues. I tried to cut corners and put the whole clue into Google search. I was stymied however, when the top return on Google was this very page, haha!

Awesome camper. Let loose the congratulatory confetti!

I was reading 67.9 as maybe 9/1967 ("Dandelion" released?) or a temperature 67.9F = 19.94F (1994? Voodoo Lounge?) and getting absolutely nowhere!

Which code is that? It's been years since I had to translate hexadecimal into letters, but ours used to have 40 as space: the letters were C1-C9, D1-D9 and E1-E8.

(Aha. Just looked it up. Yours is ASCII whereas I worked on early IBM mainframes in EBCDIC.)
