Vault Release or Sticky Fonda?

This could be interesting. I think commercially we'll probably get Sticky Fingers at the Fonda sometime in the fall, but I'm interested in what the next vault release will be. Although I could handle a deluxe Black and Blue, or any scrapings left, I don't think they'll go that way. In fact, I think with the release of Hyde Park '69 in the States, the obvious choices for DVD have been exhausted.

I guess Atlantic City '89, and Miami '94 are still out there. We know that much of No Security was shot, which would have some excellent rarities, and performances. Other than that, most of the tours that matter have been covered. I guess some people get off on Paradiso '95.

Thoughts?

I think you hit the nail on the head 24FPS. Love the Sticky Fonda name. My guess is that, possibly the whole show along with the rumored SF documentary they did the interviews for.

Besides that Paradiso beats anything they did in '89 or Miami '94, imo

Sticky Fonda next , then Paradiso in a couple years.

I'm waiting, waiting, waiting for a full Fonda DVD. Anyone got 1/2 way legit info. if/when release?

The name 'Sticky' has been overused in 2015. Re-release Sticky Fingers, Outtakes of Sticky Fingers original sessions (some gems there, love the raw CYHMK) and lastly the audio release of Sticky songs only Fonda.

Whatever you call it, just give it to me already in DVD/visual format w/ rest of songs played there, before the Zip fun runs low...

I would enjoy/ purchase the live rarities from No Security tour.
In fact just purchased iTunes selections from 'Shine A Light' since I didn't have some of those live versions,

and what surprised me as great but live version of Undercover!

They've already released boots for...

1969 - VIDEO
1972 - AUDIO
1975 - AUDIO/VIDEO
1978 - AUDIO/VIDEO
1981 - AUDIO/VIDEO

Hmmm....Arguably their main 'Golden Years'...Now onto the 'Vegas Years'! My guess is below (bear in mind that it is assumed that all shows from 1989 were recorded in some way officially, more so recently)...

1989/1990 - Atlantic City
1994/1995 - Either Tampa, FL (PPV show) or Tokyo Dome (Mar 13, 1995)
1997/98/99 - San Jose 1999
2002/2003 - Covered in Four Flicks
2005/06/07 - Covered in Bigger Bang
2012 - (Hopefully) O2 Shows, most likely PPV
2013 - (Hopefully) All Shows
2014 - (Hopefully) All Shows
2015 - (Hopefully) All Shows, Most Likely/Definitely full Fonda Show
2016 - ???

If it's a DVD release i'd like something from the 60's with Brian. There's plenty of footage for them to choose from.
If it's audio then for the umpteenth time I want Bill's Radio Luxembourg acetate from 1964. It won't cost them anything unless Bill gets arsey about lending it to them.
I have no interest in the so-called Vegas Years and to think they will put something out from then rather than from the period when they were awesome (64-72) ...well i just can't be bothered if they want to tarnish their "brand" further.

As much as I hope for a complete Fonda release there has been mentioned the release of Leeds 82 and Tokyo 90 this fall by VideoJames recently.

Hasn´t Clearmountain more or less confirmed that there will be a release of the Fonda-gig? He has mixed the audio for both CD-and DVD/BR-release. The complete gig was filmed and the cutting has also already been done, as I read somewhere.

I´m sure there will be a release around oct-nov.
Hopefully the full show without too much overdubbing in a 2CD/DVD-package.

As for Vault-releases, get them out I´ll take everything you offer.

Wait and see.

Do not put your own dreams on this board.
I also want that it comes out, but these are things you don't have in your hand.
I'm over 65 of age and I'm glad when something that I already have in several VHS cassettes and afterwards on DVD and that it now comes out in a more and excellent DVD or blu-ray.
Yes, I saw them for the first time in Brussels (1973) (afternoon) in 1970 I was in the Army.
I'm realy laughing when people say:
Why not that concert to bring out? Why not that amazing concert, they all speak about concerts they enjoyed.
Maybe BV. has also his dreams to have them on DVD or Blu-Ray!!!

What is a sticky Fonda? Are we referring to Henry, Peter, Jane, or Bridget?

Toyko 1990. Huh. Didn't see that one coming. A little obvious, and not a real exciting release, but it does coincide with what's been released previously on audio download. I guess that means we're stuck with Leeds '82 after, which is really just Hampton '81 on meth.
