As an iorr member would you put yourself in Mick's camp or Keith's camp.
Maybe you don't have a preference or maybe you like both of them but in different ways.
Would you consider articulating why you feel drawn towards identifying with a certain Stone, be it Ronnie, Charlie, Mick, Keith, Bill, Stu, Brian, Mick T

I respect keith for the musicianship and Mick for the showmanship…

I loved them all more before there wasn't a Keith camp and a Mick camp. It's what they do together that excites me more.

But having hung with Keith one winter so long ago and being treated so well I'd have to say that he can do no wrong in my mind.

I respect them all but Bill is the one who inspired me to learn Bass and I find him by far the most interesting band member, full of knowledge and he knows the importance of history.

But Treaclefingers, Mick would never had done that to Keith. I just told Naturalust that same thing! Mick is much more genteel and not into airing dirty laundry. I am obviously a Mickschix. Just told Naturalust that I've had 2 unreal encounters with Mick and he so far exceeded any expectations I had that it was ridiculous. He really outdid himself...in every way and I will never forget that and I will always come to his rescue...not that he needs me to do that. He is very capable of taking care of himself.

I think they both have different strengths, in my perception.
Keith is the relaxed, creative, warm type. He has a real gentleness to him.
Mick is very organized, very driven, and (i think) much more charitable than he gets credit for. Not warm, but still kind.

I think they are both at their core good people, but they both have flaws. Mick's (alleged) disinterest in staying faithful and his reluctance to relinquish control, Keith's tendency to make silly/immature remarks and do silly/immature things i.e. climbing a coconut tree.

I think that at the end of the day they both play an equally important role in making the Stones the band that they are.

So why pick sides? I am more compelled to Mick, but not because I think he's "better" than Keith. They are both great in different ways. And let's not forget Ronnie and Charlie!!!

...and not implying he would, I'm in agreement with you. Hypothetically if he did I'd feel more than annoyed, as I did in the previous actual example.

Anyway, it's water under the bridge, shouldn't be 'camps' as that makes no sense whatsoever.

I was an activities guy. Fun broker I liked to call myself at the time. Sailing, fishing and sightseeing mostly although we did a lot of other activities too like snorkeling and surfing.
