I just looked at Ticketmaster and found it. What happened to the great "competition" which we were all going to enter to win these on stage tickets? I'm a tolerant person, but this is disgusting....Sarah
What I read (Boston Globe) re Fenway 'on stage' is that the (dont know if all or just a portion) 'on stage' tickets were given (?) to selected local charities to auction off.
thats a desaster. i hope the would raffle the tickets among the people who bought tix via fanclub.

Anybody get the rs.com new "special package" info? You can get an exclusive baseball/tongue t-shirt, a baseball/tongue Pin AND a tour program for just $58.00 - hurry the offer won't last long!!! (so the short is $25, the program $20, & the little pin, 13 dollars...wait, must be figuring wrong...)
Well even tho the rolling stones auction has disapeared I just got an e-mail from Ticketmaster saying the auction for front row at the Eagles concert is just about to start and that starting price is only $1000 - AND you get a photo op with the Eagles prior to the show!!! What is the world coming to??
I did see that they listed the charities that would/may get the money. But my question is - why don't the bands just contribute whenever, whereever they want to whatever charity they wish and let us poor fans get a chance at glory?!
Curiouser and curiouser. I think it's almost time to go down the rabbit hole!
I just read a really bizarre article (brief people-in-the-news piece) in today's Boston herald that Arnold - the california gov bodybuilder movie star Arnold - has scored 50 tix & is selling them off for 10,000$, $100,000 if you want a meet & greet w/ him (no Stones) as a FUNDRAISING effort for his campaign - very strange as he (it says) "just loves the Stones" in light of the new "Neocon"...
