There will be a press conference this Thursday with the local promoters for the Lima concert to announce the tour, according to this article: [elcomercio.pe]

This will be a very hard time for me. Just like before the Zip Code Tour. You see the big hype and all the people who travel to South America.

And I have sit at school and see how the Stones get better each concert.

But I wish everyone a good time down there! I'm just a bit depressed.

Glad to see this in print! Flights and apartments are already locked in so I was going to B.A. either way but this is great news! My buddy and I are going to fly to Florianopolis, Brazil Mon-Thur to get some beach time and experience Carnival but in for the 1st and 3rd BA (La Plata) shows- Can't wait!!

Hello, i'm from Bs. As. The first thing i want to say is that tickets will run out in a few hours, easily.
I'd personally prefered they'll play at River Plate stadium in Bs.As city instead of La Plata.
MUST GO to La Plata stadium WITH TIME TO SPARE, a few hours before the show.
If you're touring, stay the night in La Plata, It`s a beautifull city too . And you avoid the traffic jam in the highway, cause 90% of the assistants will be returning this way...
You could try camino Centenario, near the stadium for a quick return too.

Doe's anyone know when some info about the Havana gig is due? I am trying to pick a date to go to and that gig appeals to me the most!

I'm not sure what you mean about info being due. Isn't it just a rumor simply because Mick went to Havana, unlike the real SA gigs which were typical rumors based on credible (leaked) info all along?

As in if the gig is going ahead, Mexico City is my plan B. I think it would be great if they played in Cuba! There has been heavy speculation after all.

According to some infos, www.ticketek.com.ar will be selling the tickets for the Argentina concerts.

According to sources from Argentina, concert in Cuba is NOT going to happen.

Yes, that's the site that will be selling tickets for Argentina shows. This thursday is a pre sale for Patagonia (a bank) clients and on 17th the general sale.

I hear the crowd already: "OLÉ OLÉ OLÉ OLÉ OLÉ...." This will be an awesome tour! I think the crowd will motivate the band a lot.

Have been reading an Argentinean website that mentions ticket prices but I can't figure whether it is Pesos or US Dollars they are talking about. Can anyone help please. Also can Australians buy tickets from Ticketek Argentina?

The figure quoted is in pesos, it's about 160 USD +/-, it also mentions GA all the way throughout the field. If this is true, and if this is the way it's going to be handled in all the shows, it's fantastic news!
