This looks like an 18 song set list which would be ridiculous considering that they had an extra day to rest beforehand and they will have no more shows anytime soon. Why short these people a song unless there is some kind of a curfew here ??
They do get a chance to stretch it out later in the show.
The show was scheduled for 90 minutes, I think it's pretty clear they are ignoring the curfew of 11PM. Besides it's the last show, perhaps a three song encore?
Hi Thru and Thru - remember me from San Diego? Agree 200%, it is much better at the end of a show where they really stretch it out
