I prefer the first list as a setlist ok, ok - we would have to start early in the morning. then we can have breakfast, lunch and supper breaks inbetween. But then its non-stop till next morning. anyone agree?
sure thing, and it would really rock to do them in alphabetical order like that. :E
MAN but these cats have been pourin out the power & glory for us, just splattering it all over the damn place - hear it for a thousand miles! we are blessed.
nobody knows what they've rehearsed, really. the second list posted on this thread is an abridged list from the past few weeks based on what little has been heard. the guess is that they've probably rehearsed 2x or 3x this number.

They "can" drop it (they have on some of the past tours, in part or in total) - but will they? I think you'll still see in the rotation on occasion. I actually thought it was a tad better on Licks that on other recent tours...
It would be amazing if they pulled a couple of numbers off of Aftermath. I'd love to hear Flight 505, or High and Dry. Doubt it will happen. Has Keith ever done "All about you" before? Their catalog is so big they probably have a "summit" just to figure out which songs to rehearse. I loved the way they did "Just My Imagination (Running away with Me)" in 78. I'd like to hear it again.
It would be great to hear As Tears Go By. Picture Mick and Keith only sitting on stools with Keith strumming an acoustic guitar, similar to Prodigal Son on Gimme Shelter DVD extra. Apart from Ed Sullivan and perhaps a couple other tv shows, I don't think they actually played this song live before. I actually prefer their original version, As Time Goes By.
StonesTod, you're right, it was a tad better on Licks... Still, YCAGWYW always tarts great, ends great, but it seems o just drone on and on between the two...time that could be so better spent playing, say, Good Times/Bad Times or I Got The Blues...

Actually, I don't want to see the Stones play weaker songs such as Flight 505 or High & Dry. 99% of the attendees won't even know these songs. Do you know what's gonna happen? People will get bored if they're not entertained with numbers they know.
Yes, the Stones have already done "All About You" during the B2B tour ... not bad either
