I love the "If you're in Canada or visiting soon..."
I am actually in Halifax but the notion that anyone would make a special effort to get to this if they are anywhere else in Canada is silly.
For reference, it's about an 18 hour drive from here to Toronto and Toronto is "close" compared to much of the country.

March 7th, the pre-sale will start for the exhibition in Groningen.

There will be plenty of tickets, right? The exhibition is from June till January...

I've seen it in Groningen, it is really worth a visit. 2 hours from my home. Pretty relaxed and nice people. The City centre is much more relaxed compared to Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
You will definetely enjoy a nice weekend, or a night or 2.

I was born and raised in Groningen. After Paradiso Amsterdam 1995 (I did not attend) I dreamed of them to play in the Oosterpoort Groningen, another small venue. Alas that never happened. But in 1999 performing at Stadspark Groningen, my backyard, was the next best thing!

So of course in 2020 I went to Unzipped in Groningen, and will go again this year. It is the history of a legendary band which always appeals to the imagination.

The finale at the museum is really impressive as if you are standing in the crowd at... Hyde Park I think? Goosebumps all over, getting the feeling being up close to the boys!

Saw Exhibitionism (NYC) and can't quite remember the finale, but last year for Unzipped in Kitchener and Winnipeg it was from Havana 2016 - and agree, like standing in the crowd!

Just happened to be nearby in each city, and really enjoyed the whole exhibit every time, well done with a good atmosphere.

Ronnie's art show was nearby, fun to see as well.

I live around the corner of the museum in Groningen,
so hope to meet a lot of you later this year :-)

Unzipped in Halifax (Steele Wheels Motor Museum) ended on 19-Mar-2023, there was no extension.
