I had a nice chat with film & video director Julien Temple (The Rolling Stones,The Sex Pistols and many others),
He said he is currently working on a Keith Richards documentary.

Very Very interesting ....

It will be; he did the excellent Extacy of Wilko Johnson film.
The Johnny Depp one seems to have been killed off?

Were they asked about any potential UK gigs?

Ronnie said in an interview there are some countries still to visit:
ICELAND
KENYA
NORTH KOREA

But don't hold your breath.

Yes they could, after the concert just nip round the corner and pay the takings direct into their accounts.

My 2 cents...
I did 2 hrs in there, take 3... I will be back so skipped some reading.
Plain fantastic. Matt is credited all the way.
The On Stage was bad... Video out of focus, and way to loud.
The Edith Grove. FANTASTIC. Can live there, OK, maybe not.

They don't seem to be featuring in the Panama Files rumpus yet - but I think the press are more interested in dodgy politicians than rock stars.

I love the sound of what might happen this year sometime in London, if it does come true. winking smiley

BBC talking to The Stones.

UK tour dates

"It's very easy and free," said drummer Charlie Watts. "Keith plays the same now as he ever did. He sits there and plays a song and if something comes to him, he'll put that into it."

Wood said the new music would be released "sometime this year", while Jagger said the band would be announcing more shows in the coming months.

"We'll come back to the UK, indeed," he said. "It doesn't feel very long since we played [here] but actually it's ages ago now."

"I think our main thing is playing live these days," Richards added. "Within the band, we always feel like the next show is going to be better.

"For a bunch of reprobates we have an incredible dedication to our job."

I saw "David Bowie Is".
Is this exhibit similar in structure and form to that?
Sort of a career retrospective that you'd expect after the death of a performer, except the performer(s) are still alive and kicking?

Are you allowed to take pictures inside? If yes, do you have to buy a "photo permit"?

And from me, too, a huge Thank you to all of you who delivered news and pictures last night. So sad I couldn´t be there....

Found out from someone who went today that they sell t-shirts and other clothing etc. in the shop.

If anyone is visiting in next few days could they say what design t-shirts etc. and if anything really worth getting.

Cheers in anticipation. smileys with beer

Luv the reports, just as an aside, anybody know the story w/ Keef here first few pics?

Looks to me like he's protesting the loss of his hat, no? As well he should - it's a very cool one.
But why in the world does a UK newspaper hire reporters who don't know what a bowler looks like??

Not sure if anyone else has answered the queries about guide books/catalogues. They are on sale in the Gift Shop - £30 soft cover - £70 hard cover.

I think this is just Keith getting back to his hotel after a great night out and a few drinks.

I do it at least once a week, sometimes twice when I get back home after a great day out. thumbs up

Every review I read mentions 'David Bowie Is'. So, I guess, yeah.
Which is good news, that was a brilliant exhibition.

Will the real Matt Lee stand up.

I'm the guy Matt who said hello to you at Rio and pointed you to the direction of Andreea on the other side of the rail.

Had to go to the loo and when I got back she was in the same area as us.

Hope you remember. winking smiley

I am cognizant that it's not a bowler - I'm wondering why the newspaper says it is.
It suits Keith beautifully.

Just wanted to say that the film of the Stones belting out Satisfaction is the best 3D I've seen. This may be because it's in a fairly small room and/or because it's my favourite band but it certainly was a great experience.

Thanks Cristiano for posting the pics of the t-shirts and other stuff in the shop.

Gotta say, if that's the only tees available, will give them a miss.

Not a patch on the South American ones in my opinion. sad smiley

I think the colour of the Exhibitionism tongue etc is a bit tacky for clothing so I passed on a t shirt. The cycling jerseys look like something a wacky 1980s fitness instructor would wear, with the colour schemes.

They did have cool posters for sale and postcards. Bought myself one of the band in the Marconi studios. The Exhibitionism catalogue is a great book but at £30 I passed.

Hi TooTough,
Any news about "The Train Song" and "Havana"?

Someone posted "The Train Song" is the instrumental backingtrack (version without lyrics) of All About You.

"Havana" made me think of Havana Moon by Chuck Berry and Cuba last week.
