Well it's still officially unreleased isn't it, since that's a bootleg of stuff a lot of us already have.
Beautiful stuff it is, though, so it's good of amazon to make it so easy to get ahold of.

It's legal, but not an official release, would be more correct?

Is that legal 'cause it's over 50 years old?

I don't think it's any more legal than any other bootleg.
Amazon has been allowing third-party vendors like this one to sell bootlegs for quite a while.
I suppose they "don't notice" that they're bootlegs.

If it comes from new sources (which I doubt), it would be interesting.
I don't think they had access to the BBC tapes... so probably one more "boot" with BBC stuff that adds nothing to the old great "BBC, At The Beep"

Remember this one? When those 50 years have passed, people can release the stuff AND distribute it in record stores as well, not just on places like Amazon. I bought this album on vinyl in my regular record store.

That said, I'm not 100% sure that the BBC release has cleared all the rights etc., like they did for the other one.

This product is manufactured on demand to a high-quality CDR and shrink-wrapped.

Yes, the manufactured on demand bit shows that it's just a commercial copy of existing bootleg material, and probably no better quality than the DIY CDs that many of us already have. Looks like there may be a fair bit of duplication among the four discs too.

Bootlegs. I think the BBC stuff post 1962 is still technically in copyright but seeing as neither ABKCO or The Stones can be bothered sod 'em.
Not heard these issues but i assume they are taken from the boots we all know and love. I'd save your money and hit the download route.

These are CDRs!! Don't buy, it even looks like the print is homemade. I bought one cd, did't know it was cheap cdr material. And just a few numbers per cdr...

Exactly that.
Under EU Directive 2011/77/EU, as of the end of 2013 copyright on released recordings was extended from 50 years to 70 years but copyright on unreleased recordings remained at 50 years.
