amazon has come up with a new photo of the Sticky Fingers Deluxe Box indicating some changes compared to the original advertising picture, see (for both pictures): [www.amazon.co.uk]

1. the cut out figures now seem to be much smaller
2. The 7''- sleeve has been changed: it used to be "Brown Sugar/Bitch/Let it Rock" (i.e. a replica of the original 1971 single) but has now changed to "Brown Sugar/Wild Horses"
3. the book also looks thiner now

All early promotional photographs are mock-up's, meaning that the actual elements which are going to be included in the box aren't finished from production, before the promotion photo appear. Obviously, the size of the elements are only approximate at the early stages and now, getting nearer to the the actual release date, the producers of the boxed set can now give a more accurate view of the contents that is being included.
