I more or less agree with that list, although I'd put Talk is cheap at the top (but that's maybe just a matter of personal taste (kind of music etc). But you forgot to mark the gaps between the albums
1. Talk is cheap / Wandering Spirit

rest…

IMO, IGMOATD and Now Look (perhaps also Slide On This) are the best solo albums by a Stone.

to be fair, the material Ronnie includes on his solo stuff is his best stuff.

MJ and KR didn't even start doing solo albums until way after their prime, and still had to come up with material for Stones albums (although much less so as time went on!).

why would you open a thread you've opened a zillion times before then? doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result...I think there's a name for that condition.

True, but SOT and IFLP are great, too. Both surprisingly great considering the time of release.

Ronnie was washed out in 1992. In 2010 he was, well, even more washed out. Great comebacks. Both albums are still on rotation here thumbs up

I love his live album with the A, B, C and D of Boogie Woogie (recorded in Paris). I know there's no new music on it, but it's a very fine record.

If I can, I have a few recommendations on Watts' albums...LIVE At Fulham Town Hall is great, his album he did with Jim Keltener is pretty good, nothing amazing, nothing horrible...The 'From One Charlie To Another' CD is pretty good.

1234 is my favorite of all the Stones' solo albums. Ronnie's first two albums are also fantastic. Talk is Cheap is very good. And I've always enjoyed She's the Boss.

Keith ... everyone is saying Talk Is Cheap. I love it, of course, but I think Main Offender is about equal to it.

I LOVE Mick Taylor's A Stone's Throw. The songs are great and Mick guitar playing is brilliant. His version of Blind Willie McTell is epic.

Is anybody else a fan of this album?

RW's solo stuff is exceptional. Breathe On Me is epic with KR and with Bernard..on record and live.

Wandering Spirit - excellent
She's The Boss, Primitive Cool and Goddess In The Doorway all have great songs but as total albums are inconsistent - do like She's The Boss alot though

Talk Is Cheap - Great
Main Offender - A Few great songs but mainly more riffs than great songs

Mick Taylors - First Album is excellent and A Stone's Throw also very strong

Ron Wood - Gimme Some Neck is a lost classic to me. Love It. I Got My Own Album To Do and Slide On This also very strong. The rest are spotty.

Bill Wyman - An acquired taste but I think Monkey Grip and the self Titled 3rd album are really good. Stone Alone less so.

Charlie - well you have to be a fan of jazz to be a fan
