That's a great idea! The Stones & Harley are 2 iconic entities that would compliment each other.
And that cheese on Keith's head is very very wrong. I like the other two.

The folks who came up w/ the “Mona Keitha” & “Kiwi Keith” t-shirts, www.cfdavinki.com , have come up with some new t-shirt designs for a handful of the 2015 gigs (perhaps more to come?). BTW, Keith wore the "Mona Keitha" onstage in Boston and the "Kiwi Keith" in New Zealand. Hoping he'll wear the "cheesehead" in Milwaukee!

Because Wisconsin is known as "America's Dairyland" and known for producing cheese. Also, Green Bay Packers fans wear "cheesehead" hats to the games - just like the one Keith is depicted wearing. I believe the Packers fans themselves are also called "cheeseheads" because of their favored headgear.
