I need tickets close to the stage, for the Pittsburgh concert.

Bite the bullet and get VIP Packages, or wait for the General Sale? What would my fellow iorrians do?

Based on Europe last year, VIP will be available for some time after the general sale begins - a risk but I would try for good seats and then do VIP if that doesn't work

Looks like bullshit seats are available on AmEx presale. Do you think they might save some better ones for Pandora or ZIP CODE presales or they will only be available through expensive tix packages?

I just paid $3500 for a pair of Diamond VIP tickets, and they're not even telling us where the seats are!!!! You have to pay for the tickets blindly. They could be at the end of the row with little or no view of the stage.

Bastards.

The packages for the Pittsburgh concert keep spitting up Ronnie's side. If I'm paying $1800/ticket I want to be on Keith's side.

It seems their going back to front.

I just had great luck on Ticketmaster for Columbus. System worked very smoothly. Got 2 tix in Sec26AA-Ronnies side, elevated right next to stage row 5. Also had options for but passed on Floor A row 30, Sec 26 row 26 and sec 10. All windows connected with good options. Tix were $400 each which seems very reasonable having paid much more for pit and similar quality tix last year. Also most good hockey tix at this price level or higher now. Im very happy with Ticketmaster options, seats and price. Im going to the show!

Instructions for drop down choices: fill in quantity, choose Amex Presale (no code needed) and Best Seats available. Then about a 2min que starts. Choosing 4 tix did not get results, choosing 2 tix with the above options connected each time.

Will try for Milwaukee, Nashville, Minnesota and KC on the next hour. Will go to all that I get good tix for.

Any idea where the stage will be in Atlanta?

Nah, not much luck on the Amex. But I new it was a joke. Got Sec 110 in Orlando once. Then got a funny section not on the map. Have Prt Scr on one computer. But keep trying. No problem just get in there.

Not so sure I like my seats. Section 105 in Atlanta. Depends on where the stage is.

Initial pulls for Raleigh were unacceptable to me (section 19). After several tries, pulled section 4, row T and pulled the trigger, only to realize that even though I thought I had bought 4 tix, I bought 3. Had to do another buy, and got section 22 (1st lower level by stage, Ronnie's side) row Q. Good enough for me.

What is my meandering point? Keep trying. Seats got better as time passed. Meanwhile, I have offered my erroneous buy to a friend. If he passes, may put them up at face here. Good luck.

I accidentally bought 3 Silver for IMS rather than 2 that I needed.

If anyone wants a single silver for Indy I'll sell it for the $118 I paid. I ordered a hard ticket and it should be here in 2 weeks

For Raleigh, the "official platinum seats" look better than the actual VIP packages. The only thing of any interest in the VIP "package" is the lithograph (worth about $50).

Raleigh you could get absolute front row and centre (i.e. next to the catwalk) on Keith's side for $1663/ticket (gone as I typed this). Row 3 was $1568 (also now gone), and Row 4 drops to $1254. The best VIP you can do at the moment is $1749 for Row 4 (and further to the side).
