my god, that is truly one ugly statue! pfew! Did he just take acid? Now I understand why to people of CHeltenham weren't too happy with all this, and even didn't want a Brian Jones street. A statue like this devaluates all estate in the street by at least 25%...

The face is wrong. It doesnt capture his character (any facet or era) - maybe its the photo, & if you see it in person...but I doubt it.

and it's probably a bit insulting to some that they couldn't at least have commissioned his bust with a decent sculptor, did they cast a bronze efigy from work done in plasticine by the local under-fives-kiddies-group???? ...

Wow! I have to agree with everyone, that's one ugly sculpture. The only thing I do find interesting is the golden hair. But matched with the green face, Brian comes across more as a Marvel comic book villain than a musician to be seriously appreciated . . .

Poor Brian he deserved something far better than this.The artist who did this needs stringing up.Brian Jones was an icon not some cartoon character from Mars.

He looks like a motorcycle rider. Let it go. At least he is remembered.

I just woke up, but I wish I was still asleep. This is the ugliest bust I've ever seen.

I want to say that I hope a gang of guys gets together, gets drunk and tears that insult down. But it looks like a couple of kids already did a number on it.
Who is the master who created this piece? How can I contact him? I have some morew work for him.

I was in a kind of shock all day and could not react. The close up picture woke me up a little bit. At least there is some resemblance with BJ.

Though it still looks like a Halloween mask...

One thing is sure : no way that this bust will be stolen a day like the Jim Morrison bust on his grave in Père Lachaise during the 80's !
