I got a japanese edition of this single – Eileen, Gimme Shelter (live), another live track (both live tracks are mediocre) and there's a great studio version of Key To The Highway on it.

You kidding right? Wicked is a bit rushed but Shelter is great!

Yeah, weird that they're selling the EP as a SINGLE...

I just found this video, which I haven't seen it before. Nice footage from Keith's concert at the Marquee, in 1992.

It's a CD single, sure, but it's more of a EP single I suppose. I consider it to be so. But it's not called Eileen/Gimme Shelter... it's Eileen.

Just an incredible, howling version of Gimme Shelter. Keith knocked it out of the park.

Five great tracks, especially HS, WAIS and KTTH. I bought it as a Teenager when it was offered as an Import from Japan. My friends thought I was mad to put all my money (70 DM back then)into a five song CD. From today's perspective it seems to be even weirder.

The folder on the Japanese edition says it's a "Mini Album"
Not been played for years - but now I will!! - Thanks.

Keith is also on guitar and background vocals on the opening track TANQUERAY (J.Johnson/K.Richards) of this album, both tracks recorded in january 1991 in New York City at Sorcerer Sound Studio. He also produced both tracks and Bernard Fowler is on background vocals and Steve Jordan drums and background vocals.

Gonna play it after finishing the Eileen EP CD.... Wicked As It Seems is cool!

Edit 22.58: Nice to hear Tanqueray for the first time in ages.

It's too bad he didn't release a live album from the MO tour as well!

thumbs up Great to see again after all these years! Brings back memories, even remember the pissed of guys who can't get in when seeing it again in this news clip.
All this kind of stuff I recorded on VHS videos for years (MTV news, specials, interviews, leaving hotels, fans queing the night before a show, rehearsals, Stones arriving etc. etc. also from other TV stations from Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, CNN, France) as much as possible.
Still have these videos and there must be a lot on it from 1982-1999 (!) maybe even more but no videoplayer. Those tapes may be rotted away... Hahaha.
All the TV journals in those years opened with The Stones when they were in town and showed 2 or 3 minutes or so from the opening songs.
Wonder if it's all on You Tube in 2015?
