In every sense this would have fit as the last Stones show ever.
And so many sign's during the show - Mick sitting on the stage etc. - which told me: They give everything they have in their to be known for all time last show.
And I was proud this happened in Germany.
In Europe.
That it ended on the continent where it all began.
But a couple of month later I woke up out of my dreams:
The US Tour was in rumours and finally announced.
My idea was: I just ignore that.
I don't go here on IORR, I shut my ears and eyes, The opening night I will put my computer under the sofa.And keep my inner self still at Waldbühne.
And guess what happened? Right!
On April 28 at 4 o'clock in the night I was with my I Phone in bed and watched the opening show from beginning to the end. And lovin' it.
Life goes on.
Stones goes on.
We go on.

Since becoming a fan at age 15, this current tour is the first that I've skipped. I always thought I'd retire them but they've retired me. Amazing that they are continuing and I'm enjoying tracking the shows on Facebook, but I can't see my way clear to do it anymore.

69 shows with a good amount remaining this year. It started with Seattle in 1981 and my latest to date is Seattle last week. I’ve seen them on 4 continents with shows in USA, Japan, UK (England, Scotland and Wales), Germany, Netherlands, Brazil, Belgium and Austria with Canada to be added. Size of crowds have ranged from 500 at the Echoplex in Los Angeles to 1,300,000 at Copacabana in Rio and a total of 130 different songs.

(I also saw AT THE MAX, and SHINE A LIGHT at the Ft. Lauderdale IMAX several times each. Does that count for anything, lol.)

I’ll say a Ferrari.

Will be 84 after the 4 shows this tour.
First being Gator Bowl during TOTA August 2,1975 and only 4 shows up till Steel Wheels then the multiple shows became easy to manage with 4 to add this tour. Licks was largest at 19 and easiest/cheapest to score IMO.

I was lo also say he hate bringing cell phone to show as it’s a major distraction to so many shows since around 50th anniversary tour. When phones started taking decent photos.

Yes. If you didn't make a "meet and greet" you must not count that as "seeing the stones"
