Not really. Those tickets have been purchased.
Whether they are resold or not is a whole 'nother thing.

It does say Stockholm is Not Officially Sold Out, BUT - there have not been any tickets available since the day of the sale, and there are none to be had now (again, other than maybe the expensive VIP packages). Yes, it is possible they will release some more, but for the moment, this show appears to be pretty much sold out. It sounds like several of the other Europe shows are also either sold out, or close to it. From what I've seen, it certainly seems like the 14 dates have sold very well.

Some artists actually do give a toss, and hold back prime tickets for release at the 11th hour.

Stones official site shows all but Tel Aviv and Roskilde are "sold out".
