The whole Side 2 of Exile:
leading the choir in "Virginia"
"Torn & Frayed" one of his best ever
"Sweet Black Angel" and "Loving Cup
I was listening to an outtake of "wild Horses" yesterday, w/o his BU Vox, and it hit me again how beautiful his harmonies in chorus are.
I'd vote Torn and Frayed, Keith did great on the live debut as well.

Gotta say most of Exile. Someone mentioned Brown Sugar and if I recall the liner notes, it's actually Mick doing very Keith-like harmonies. I was surprised to study a lot of album liner notes and find that Mick had me totally fooled doing harmonies I long assumed to be Keith.

Keith and Ron's back up vocals on the studio version of Miss You is also surprisingly good. Bernard, Lisa and Blondie have never managed to top that on the live versions, imo.

This is one of the best parts of the song. The more ragged live versions from 78-82 which were great didn't re-create this. And of course the slick versions of recent tours didn't either.

Connection.
On Take It Or Leave it, is that Keith in the background during the "Oh la la la la ta ta ta ..." part? I like the harmonizing on that song.
