Guess that no signs but due to some reason people still hope for that = people still gt disappointed and irritated when it doesn't happen. Guess that people (hard core fans) cannot understand that while they themselves are experienced backpackers looking for the hidden places and off the beaten track routs RS gigs are 5 star cruises these days - and the majority of people paying much $$$ for a fancy cruise are hardly the hiker type. Yes - the 100 Euros + per ticket gigs are fancy cruises and people paying expect to see Rome, Athens, Istanbul and Barcelona. They would be terribly pissed discovering that half of the above were replaced by stops in charming little marina's somewhere no one ever heard of. They just do'nt pay for that. And they are the vast majority. People who go to RS gigs expect to know all songs but 1-2 + the 2 Keith songs.

Maybe I'm wrong but even if they don't play many rarities they could probably satisfy both hardcore and casual fans if they replaced a few warhouses with other known songs, such as songs from Hot Rocks. Most Hot Rocks songs are well-known to most casual fans.

I'd love to hear Let's Spend the Night Together live again. It was the song that first hooked me, and the first Stones song that I was aware was by the Stones (I later realised I knew - and liked - other songs but when I first heard them I didn't know they were Stones songs).

She's a Rainbow would be a dream for me (I used to hear it played in a club when I was 17 but at the time didn't know who it was by).

And Keith doing Little T&A would be great!

Warhouses I'm personally a bit bored of:

IORR, Miss You, Sympathy, and Honky Tonk Woman. But I have to admit that most casual fans I know would want to hear Sympathy.

If you are talking fan friendly hits the Stones have so many of them. They are just caught up on the same ones. Wouldn't be hard to mix these up a bit. I mean the past 20 years they have played You Got Me Rocking way more than songs like 19th Nervous Breakdown or Under My Thumb. So its not really hard for a band like the Stones with so many hits to be more creative with set lists tour to tour, let alone show to show.

They could take out Miss You and Tumblin' Dice for me, but for anyone to suggest not doing the following - they must be crazy...

Jumpin'Jack Flash
Honky Tonk Women
Its Only Rock n' Roll
Satisfaction
Start Me Up

Also, they did often do You Gotta Move in the past - personally I like it on the album but not mad on it "live"

Others I think most want are...

Lets Spend The Night Together
Ruby Tuesday
Gimmie Shelter...

blimey - I could go on!!!

I never liked Honky Tonk Woman. I cringe every time they play it and fast forward to the next song on their DVD's every time, with the exception of Hyde Park. Having said that, it's a Stones classic and is one of their most popular songs.

HTW is a "Stones classic"? And "one of their most popular songs"? Really? I'm going to start paying more attention. I'm learning a lot here.

I'll keep voting for Lady Jane, and I wonder why they did it only once in 2013. It was a great performance!

I will be happy with whatever they'll decide to play in Paris. It's their concert.

That being said, I just fell in love with "Time waits for no one". What a beautiful song and what a beautiful chord sequence.

And I like the idea of "Till the next goodbye" being played as outro music over the P.A. while we are leaving the stadium.

I won't indulge any fantasies with songs anymore. It will be 19 songs that we've all heard before. People will rave about how great they sound and how they are the greatest songs ever written so who wouldn't want to hear them. Blah Blah Blah.

I don't want to tell them which songs really.

I have got only one wish to the band: Surprise me and overwhelm me also with your choice of songs.

However, I understand that there are many who like to make lists.smiling bouncing smiley

My current Top 5 Dream songs (I'd be ecstatic to hear any one in Stockholm):
Cant You Hear Me Knocking? (Was lucky to see it twice in Boston Licks shows)
Moonlight Mile (Just missed it a couple times)
Time Waits for No One (Ever played live?)
Silver Train (I'd have given a toe for them to have played it in Macau)
Live With Me (30 shows, going on 31 - still never seen it)
