well, i know a CD by that title. if it's the same track list as this vinyl you're looking at (or for), it's a compilation of assorted stuff from the late 70s/early 80s: early takes and rehearsals from Stones sessions, some tracks from the session Keith did in LA in 81 with Bobby Keys, the official version of Truly (which was on an Ian McLagan album), etc.
the audio quality of the version i'm familiar with is really uneven; nearly all the tracks are well known from other bootlegs; and just about anyone could put together a compilation that makes more sense in terms of the order the tracks are arranged in. but maybe the vinyl edition has some "collector's value" - i have no idea about that aspect of things.
"What do you want - what?!"
