Are these all VIP packages that did not sell? This might be the reason the Japan promoters never got the VIP deal done with Slotix. There have been ZERO ticket drops for the Tokyo shows. Only restricted/side views.

From what I can tell, there are indeed plenty of OVERPRICED VIP packages for sale, and (at Rod Laver) only a tiny number of PC1 (expensive) seats available.

If bonddm would like to correct me, I'll be very happy.

At this point in time only a handful of PC1 tickets.

Those tickets had been available during all of the last weeks if you checked frequently. Yes VIP Packages did never sell to much, also in the US. They will stop those mostlikely 10 days before showdate and might release those as normal tickets or keep them for the Lucky Dip Tickets.
