My buddy went to IORR...heard BV talking about what a beautiful day it was to be in New York City. He called me up, we hopped in my car, was at the PC in 45 minutes with a cigarette in one hand, and a cold Budweiser in the other, 200 feet from Keith. Those of you who are knocking yesterday's performance are full of SH*T...God Bless the Stones!!!What a rush, chicks in purple and black caps & gowns graduating from Julliard, with Stones fans, and anybody in NYC lucky enough to stroll by on their lunch hour. If it wasn't for BV's description of what a beautiful day to be in New York, I wouldn't have went. Thanx BV!!! Time for all the naysayers to go elsewhere...the Stones are back to take the heavyweight title yet again.
Yeah, thanks BV, for your huge ability and willingness to share important news on the Rolling Stones. Don´t be discouraged or too annoyed by the gossip and rubbish that is written. Your site and writings are essential to Stones-fans! Thank You!
Also want to say thanks to IORR, just for getting the information that this was happening at all, just a few hundred kilometers down my place (I'm in Montreal)!!! No kidding, I would have heard and read NOTHING about any of this ANYWHERE in the wonderful world of modern-day media... At least I got a basic coverage from the CTV network, at around 2 PM EST.
BV your work is essential to us all and I hail you as much as I hail the little band of gypsys (including Sir Shit!). Thanks for all your hard work and efforts you put in to this. I'd say this site is so much better than the official one that it can't be described!
Harm, Bjornulf will maybe be only partly glad when you call him Swedish. I feel a little guilt here, cause I often write Björnulf in lack of the Norweigan/Danish corresponding letter with the slash over the o. From now on I will always spell Bjornulf like this: Bjornulf.
