Well coc59100 since you're so pessimistic about the Stones these days, you should probably find another band that can satisfy you for the next 30 years. And what band can that be?

Well I haven't seen them 40 times but at least 16 times and I'll be seeing them once more and I will hail this band.
And I think you can read my previous post on what to do you self!
coc59100 this isn't really the time to ask these things. Everybody here has discussed this over and over for a million times. The stones are going to play a 45 minute set today.......so please shut up!
coc this is really nowhere, you coming here on this day at this time trying to antagonize. I mean, what's the point? Of course they ruled in '73. That was incredible with Taylor, those shows are unparalleled. The Stones were never that great again. If they had packed it in back then though many many of the fans here would not have had a chnace to discover the Stones, to ever see them. That is sort of selfish of you because you are one of the few who did see them. I was not there so I for one am glad they didn't pack it in. we wouldn't have gotten Some Girls. Shit, Ron Wood wouyld probably be a gardener today...Keith would never had gotten of H. Jagger would still be a commoner, Wyman would be a Rolling Stone. You do make one good point though: we wouldn't have had to suffer Chuck Leavell!
I´ve named my son after Keith, I´ve got a tatoo of the Stones,(somewhere on my body...)I´ve had close contact with mr Watts, and Taylor and my old man ain´t no spring chicken. He´s met the stones many times, and lived. We love them, but the Stones have got to bring us another great album NOW, or give it up.

coc59100 everybody here knows what you're talking about... And a lot of us agree on several points (some completely, some not at all).. the point is though, that everyone has waited for this moment!!!!! It's just not the right time mate.

For Gods sake get out of here before get "Out of Control" We're celebrating the good news and you stick to your lousy thought about the greatest band in the world.
BTW you didn't qoute this title right! It's "Grown up wrong"
Izzat our Brandis or is this a real pisstaking? ...Not many others could come out with such sick idea of telling these hard core blokes that the Stones would quit... And suggesting it today... Right day to create a discussion...
