No, I started listen to boots a week ago, note that.
There are a large amount of fans that never do boots, even if it sounds weird.
I know a hard core fan, stone hard as me at least; he hasnt heard shit.
Please: the name...

Didnt find it on Rockpassion (but I believe they have some new "very good audience recordings" San Diego'69", Nov 10, 1969
& "Boston'69", Nov 29, 1969... Dont think I saw them there before...
My sad (but growing, nb) collection consists almost exclusively of the stuff there... What site is BTW the most accurate on boots catalog?

Miss-U - I sometimes really feel this way, just look at CYHMK from the last
tour, Jagger know's Taylor's been doing that one for years, and what does MJ do
after Ronnie's lead, holds his arm up like a fighter, to me it was saying:
Take that Taylor, we can do it just as good as you....
now these two (Sway & TWFNO) songs Taylor has performed
Sway with Carla Olson on their CD (1990)
TWFNO - Live on Dutch Radio

guarantee you Jagger heard or about heard about those renditions....

MLC, I can see why u might think so. Maybe. But these are stones tunes. When I saw Mick hold up Ronnie's arms, I saw it as a sign of support for him, like it was from their perspective Ronnie's comeback that he's back in shape musically. It would be great to see MT guest on those numbers.

Miss U. - Taylor to this day says Jagger has not forgiven him for leaving,
I also would love to see Taylor guest on those songs but - fat chance ( I think)

but during the last tour Taylor told people in Canada that he was going to England to play with the Stones one night, it was suppose to happen, taylor was
there, backstage - but..... something always seems to happen to nix it.

Stones camp says Taylor didn't show up for the soundcheck.

Taylor fans who were there said Ronnie was really "off" on the 1st few numbers
causing Jagger to get pissed and scratch the number off the playlist that
Taylor was suppose to come out and play on???? who knows - MLC

>"Jagger SINGS since 1989. And he sings really well."

Yeah I agree, but rock n roll ain't all about perfect singing.
It's also alot about attitude.

Jagger needs to get that bitchiness back into his vox - even at the expense of his singing at times.

Listen to "Rocks off" from any Australian show in 1973 and then listen to it from the VL or Licks tours. No comparison.

I don't wanna hear him 'sing' everything. I want to hear some genuine raucous emotion, not controlled sentencing and breathing.

He won't go for it if they do "Sway" so I say don't bother - pick another number such as the ones I mentioned previously and let it rip.

Have you ever lent somebody $20 and never seen them again? It was probably worth it.

Thats definitley the key to the problem. As it is, he sounds way off.

Please Sir Mick...quit "singing"...and yell your ass off like the good old days.
Otherwise, it sounds too contrived.
