In the past, i always had problems to get ticket on TM US.
Actually, i could pay the tickets available the day of the show at the box-office.
But my money was returned after a while.
In 1998 two days after the operation with an e-mail.So i knew.

Last time,in 2003, nothing before the flight.
It was only the day of the show (Detroit then Cleveland) i discovered my operation was cancelled and the tix not available!!
Happy end : tickets were available the day of the show and the money back a couple of days after the show.
For the show in ACC-Toronto, using TM Canada, there was no problems.
The ticket was waiting for me at the box-office.
Is there someone with the same bad surprise?

Then take a look at Ticketmaster UK.
It has been well-documented on this site how badly they provide service to fans.
They are retarded morons who could care less about their customers.


I would avoid them like the plague if I were you.
